New EU regulation concerning concerning matrimonial property regime was adopted on 24th June 2016 (not enforceable yet)

COUNCIL REGULATION (EU) 2016/1103 of 24 June 2016 implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of jurisdiction, applicable law and the recognition and enforcement of decisions in matters of matrimonial property regimes shall apply on EU territories as of 29th January 2019 apart from sec. 63, 64 (as of 29th April 2018) and sec. 65, 66. 67 (as of 29th July 2016).
